Interlibrary Loan (ILL) is a service that allows users to borrow academic materials such as books, journals, articles, and other publications from other libraries. To enable users to access a wider range of information. This service is available to all AU community: lecturers, students, and staff.

The ILL service is provided through the collaboration of private and public universities. There are currently 16 members in total:

How to make a request

1. Search book from “One Search” and “EDS-THAIPUL” https://research.ebsco.com/c/gxelb6/search
2. Click on Access options button then click on Inter library loan Request and Fill out Interlibrary Loan Request form

What to expect

When you request the book, journal, article, etc. through the interlibrary loan form, library staff review your request and forward it to the respective library. We will email you when your item(s) are ready for pickup.

            Processing time:         Usually 1 week, but it may take longer

            Loan period:               3 weeks

            Renewals:                   1 time (email the library to request a renewal)

            Damage / loss fines:   In case of damage or loss item fees are determined by the lending library.

Service Fee:
