Guidelines for the Use of Study Rooms (4th floor)

Study Room HoursStudy rooms are available from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. All students must leave the rooms at least five minutes before closing. |

Sharing the RoomA student using a room alone must share it with an arriving study group. A study group is defined as two or more students. |

|
Keep the Room CleanPlease keep the room clean and dispose of all waste before leaving. |
|

|
Food and OdorsFood with strong or unpleasant odors is prohibited. |
|

|
Coffee, Tea, and SmokingBrewing coffee or tea and smoking are prohibited in the study rooms. |
|
06
|
Use of FacilitiesEquipment and furnishings provided in a study room must remain there. They may not be moved to another floor or room. |
|

|
Energy ConservationStudents must switch off the air conditioning after using the room. |
|
08
|
Personal BelongingsDo not leave personal belongings unattended or behind. Students are responsible for their own safety and property while using the room. |

|
Respectful BehaviorDisruptive or inappropriate behavior—including excessive noise, vandalism, defacing or soiling public areas, abusive or discriminatory language, intimidation, and harassment—is prohibited. |

Fourth-Floor AccessFamily members, relatives, and other visitors may not enter the fourth floor, which is reserved for currently enrolled students. |

|
Acceptance of TermsBy using a study room, students agree to comply with these guidelines and accept responsibility for their actions. |
|

|
Non-ComplianceStudents who fail to comply with these guidelines may be required to leave and may lose their study room privileges. |
These guidelines take effect on September 1, 2026.
