  2. Providing modern and flexible learning services to support lifelong learning.
  3. Creating a learning-friendly environment in both physical and online formats.
  4. Enhancing staff capacity with expertise in information literacy and digital library technologies.
  5. Driving sustainable operations in line with the Green Library approach and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
