AU Central Library Opens Trial Access to IJOUR.net’s Global Research Collection
Assumption University’s Central Library invited students, faculty members and researchers to explore IJOUR.net, an international academic database now available on a trial basis until 14 September 2026.
The platform provides access to more than 200,000 peer-reviewed scholarly articles, offering AU researchers a valuable new gateway to academic knowledge from across the world. Its collection places particular emphasis on journals from emerging research communities, the Global South and developing regions whose work is often underrepresented in major international publishing platforms.
IJOUR.net brings together research across numerous disciplines, helping users discover new perspectives, identify relevant literature and connect with scholarship beyond the most familiar academic sources. The platform currently features hundreds of journals, multiple subject collections and open-access publications, making it a useful resource for classroom learning, independent study, literature reviews and research development.
The trial reflects AU Central Library’s continuing commitment to expanding access to high-quality digital resources and supporting the University’s international academic community. By introducing platforms that broaden the visibility of diverse scholarly voices, the Library also encourages researchers to look beyond traditional publishing centers and engage with knowledge produced in different regions and cultural contexts.
Students and faculty members are encouraged to explore the database during the trial period, test its search functions and discover how its growing collection may support their academic and professional work.
Trial access will remain available until 14 September 2026.
